Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Safety Supervisor to ensure Occupational Safety and Health, leading the prevention of workplace accidents and occupational illnesses. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Occupational Safety and Health 2. Promote safe practices and manage risks 3. Supervise high-risk work We aim to ensure Occupational Safety and Health by promoting safe practices, identifying and managing risks, training personnel, and supervising the implementation of controls to prevent workplace accidents and occupational illnesses. Therefore, we seek a Safety Supervisor who will lead and ensure the proper execution of these activities within the organization. Minimum 2 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (Occupational Safety and Health Specialist - PDR). Certification for working at heights Required: Diploma or specialization program with no fewer than 120 hours covering supervision of high-risk work (working at heights, hot work, confined spaces, electrical work, MATPEL, lifting operations, excavations, etc.) Certification for working at heights... approved by Lindley or Arca Continental Responsibilities: \- SSOMA documentation. \- Deliver daily safety talks to staff. \- Supervise and control fieldwork. \- Complete ATS forms. \- Conduct PPE inspections. \- Be dynamic and proactive. \- Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
