Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to ensure compliance with standards, verify the quality of products and raw materials, and train staff on food safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). 2. Verify the quality of products, raw materials, packaging, and containers. 3. Identify improvements and propose solutions for processes. A production facility dedicated to Bakery and Pastry is seeking: QUALITY ASSISTANT \- FOOD INDUSTRY REQUIREMENTS * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Food Industries, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in the Quality department of food processing companies. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office. * Thorough knowledge of GMP. * Preferably residing in districts near Villa El Salvador. RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure compliance with GMP. * Verify and report daily plant incidents (production, dispatch). * Train staff on QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY topics. * Raise awareness among organizational staff regarding quality matters. * Monitor processes and complete internal records. * Verify the quality and good condition of products, raw materials, packaging, and containers. * Identify areas for improvement and propose problem-resolution measures. * Timely submission of daily progress reports and relevant reports to the supervisor or immediate manager. * Ensure adherence to the production plan.
