Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Handyman Technician for maintenance and repair tasks, with expertise in electrical, plumbing, painting, and general infrastructure repair. Ability to diagnose and resolve problems We are looking for a Handyman Technician with experience across various maintenance and repair areas. The ideal candidate must possess solid knowledge of electrical and plumbing installations, painting work, and general infrastructure repair—including drywall and ceramic tile. **Job Responsibilities** * Perform electrical installations and repairs. * Perform plumbing installations and repairs. * Carry out interior and exterior painting work. * Repair and maintain general infrastructure, including drywall and ceramic tile. * Diagnose and resolve maintenance-related issues. * Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Handyman Technician or in a similar role. * Solid knowledge of electrical and plumbing installations, painting work, and general infrastructure repair. * Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance-related problems. * Capacity to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication skills.
