Requirements: * Licensed and duly registered architect. * Minimum 2 years of experience in municipal procedures and regularization. * Knowledge of: * Land subdivisions and separations. * Factory declarations. * Building regularization. * Urban development approvals. * Building permits and construction completion certifications. * Plan validations. * Physical-legal regularization of real estate properties. * Procedures before municipalities, SUNARP, and other public entities. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and related software. * Ability to manage files and track procedural progress. Responsibilities: * Preparation and review of technical files. * Management and tracking of municipal and registry procedures. * Coordination with public and private entities. * Preparation of plans and technical documentation. * Support in physical-legal regularization processes of real estate assets.
