Requirements: * Completed secondary education (mandatory). * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Prior experience in production areas (desirable but not mandatory). * Residence in Lurín or nearby districts. * Responsible, proactive individual with willingness to learn. * Ability to work in a team. * Good communication skills.
