Job Summary: Resinas & Acabados S.A.C. is seeking a Production Supervisor for its polymer plant to ensure compliance with the production plan, optimize processes, and lead improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Manages and ensures compliance with the production plan. 2. Identifies opportunities for improvement and optimization in the plant. 3. Supports digitalization and automation projects. At Resinas \& Acabados S.A.C., we are searching for top talent to fill the Production Supervisor position at our emulsion polymer and derivatives plant. Responsibilities: Verify and ensure compliance with the production plan in coordination with plant supervisors and operators. Ensure availability of resources (raw materials, packaging, equipment, personnel, consumables, etc.) to meet the production plan. Monitor daily production progress, report deviations (stoppages, rework, delays), and propose corrective actions. Actively participate in root cause analysis of deviations together with the Process Department. Coordinate with the Maintenance Department regarding scheduled and emergency shutdowns, promptly communicating their impact on the production plan. Work closely with the Planning Department to close gaps between the planned and actual execution. Prepare daily/weekly reports on volumes produced, consumption, efficiency, downtime, rework, and other management indicators. Provide feedback on actual vs. theoretical times, identifying opportunities for improvement in scheduling and performance. Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in the plant. Support digitalization and automation projects for production reporting. Comply with and enforce safety, quality, and environmental procedures. Other duties related to the position or assigned by management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in Production or related areas. Advanced Excel / Power BI proficiency. Knowledge of Operations Management. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Preferred: prior experience in chemical manufacturing plants or continuous processes (not mandatory). Willingness to work onsite in Ventanilla.
