In-person customer service and attendance at meetings A company specialized in decorative landscaping and exterior design is seeking an **Administrative Assistant** to provide direct support to General Management and the logistics department. **Employment Conditions:** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll scheme **(Half of the bonus, half of the CTS, 15 days of vacation, EsSalud, and retirement insurance via AFP or ONP)** * Working hours: **Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM** * Workplace: **La Molina, behind Universidad Femenina del Sagrado Corazón – UNIFE.** **Requirements:** * Technical or university education * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint * **Proactive attitude and willingness, occasionally, to perform physically demanding tasks involving manual handling of materials, including lifting and moving approximately 5 kg bags of shell gravel.** * Ability to work collaboratively in a team while maintaining respectful and cooperative interpersonal interactions. **Responsibilities:** * Receive shell gravel orders via WhatsApp, phone, and Instagram, and prepare corresponding quotations. * Manage final orders originating from your direct line. * Coordinate with transport providers regarding vehicle availability and schedule deliveries to customers. * Request the Accounting Department to issue shipping guides and invoices. * Send emails to confirm payments made to suppliers. * Coordinate with Accounting for the payment of tax withholdings and manage the monthly submission of invoices. * Provide in-person customer service and conduct showroom tours. * Accompany General Management in team meetings to review sales and order logistics. * Manage General Management’s calendar, set reminders, coordinate meetings, arrange Zoom links, and organize parking space allocation. * Handle petty cash.
