Position Summary: We are seeking a Construction Architect to ensure the proper execution of architectural and finishing works, coordinating and supervising compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards in real estate projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the proper execution of architectural and finishing works. 2. Coordinate with the construction company, contractors, and specialists. 3. Conduct quality control and manage on-site observations. Our client, a leading company in the real estate and construction sector, requires a professional with the following profile: **POSITION OBJECTIVE** The Construction Architect is responsible for ensuring the proper execution of architectural and finishing works for the project, verifying that such works comply with current drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, construction schedule, and company-established guidelines. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or licensed Architect. * Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural supervision, finishing works, or construction execution for residential, office, multifamily, or similar real estate projects. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and specialty drawings, including current, superseded, and as-built drawings. * Knowledge of construction processes, technical specifications, quality control, interdisciplinary coordination, and on-site observation management. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Excel**, and other project management tools (e.g., Bluebeam, BIM Viewer, or similar). * Experience coordinating with construction companies, contractors, and specialists, including schedule tracking, document control, and preparation of technical reports. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise the execution of architectural and finishing works, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. * Coordinate with the construction company, contractors, and specialty disciplines to prevent and resolve interferences during construction. * Verify construction progress and schedule adherence, monitoring daily scheduling. * Control material, finish, and construction procedure quality, managing observations promptly. * Administer and maintain up-to-date drawings, changes, technical documentation, and site reports. * Participate in project closeout through review of as-built drawings and final delivery documentation. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM. **Work Modality:** 100% on-site at the construction site \- Miraflores **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration – Statutory benefits Send CV: cv(arroba)selekto\-rrhh.com and indicate in the subject line **Construction Architect** Salary: S/.1\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
