Constant communication with customers We are looking for an Industrial, Food, Administration, or related-field Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. **Responsibilities:** * Follow up on customer requests (via phone calls/emails/WhatsApp) * Coordinate with the logistics department regarding parcel deliveries * Prepare and send quotations * Coordinate with agencies * Record and manage customer complaints * Keep customers informed of any incidents affecting their shipments * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys * Inform customers about the status of their services **Two Work Modalities:** Monday to Saturday: 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday to Saturday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Remote work: One day between Tuesday and Friday Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,200.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
