




Position Summary: Zisco Perú SAC is seeking a Billing Assistant with analytical skills and system proficiency to issue and review financial documents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Issuance and review of invoices, receipts, and credit/debit notes. 2. Management of electronic invoicing systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365). 3. Accounts receivable control and report preparation. We are currently seeking a **BILLING ASSISTANT**, whose office is located in the historic center of Lima. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Issuance and review of invoices, receipts, and credit/debit notes * Management of electronic invoicing systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365\). * Accounts receivable control and payment follow-up * Report and reconciliation preparation * Handling internal and external customer inquiries. **REQUIREMENTS:** 1\. Graduates or Bachelor's degree holders in Administration, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance. 2\. Analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data. 3\. Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate \- Advanced). 4\. Availability to work in the historic center of Lima. **Working Hours:** Mon \- Fri 9:00 am \- 7:00 pm Sat 9:00 am \- 2:00 pm **Gross Salary:** S/ 1 800\.00 **Location: Historic Center of Lima, Jr. Miroquesada 810** Starting from the 3rd month, the employee will be enrolled in the **MYPE payroll**, thereby gaining access to labor benefits as stipulated by current regulations applicable to this regime.
