Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial CAD Technician, a graduate in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, with experience in structural modeling and calculations, and supervision of workshop personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop structural models and perform calculations. 2. Model new projects and prepare construction budgets. 3. Supervise workshop personnel and ensure quality standards. A Peruvian metal-mechanical company serving the industrial and mining sectors is seeking an **Industrial CAD Technician** meeting the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical graduate in Mechanical or Civil Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in TEKLA Structures and AutoCAD (mandatory). * Knowledge of SAP 2000 and Inventor (preferred). * Residence in areas adjacent to Ate. **Employment Conditions:** * Salary commensurate with market standards. * MYPE payroll (50% of benefits). * Availability to work in the district of **Ate**, **Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.** **Responsibilities:** * **Develop structural models in TEKLA**, ensuring technical coherence and constructability. * Perform **structural calculations** according to project requirements and current technical regulations. * **Model new projects**, developing precise technical drawings and models for proper execution. * Carry out **material take-offs**, ensuring accuracy in quantities and resource optimization. * Prepare construction budgets, considering material costs, labor, and execution timelines. * Prepare and monitor **work schedules**, tracking progress and adherence to established deadlines. * **Supervise workshop personnel**, coordinating tasks, verifying compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
