Opportunity to offer additional facial products and services. **Job Summary** We are seeking a **Contact Center Executive**, proactive and service-oriented, to join our team in a healthcare and aesthetics environment. This role is essential to ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our patients from the very first contact. **Responsibilities:** * Receive and guide patients via phone and social media. * Provide clear and timely information about treatments, promotions, and services. * Open and file clinical records, ensuring full regulatory compliance. * Manage the medical schedule and coordinate appointments according to availability. * Offer additional facial products and services. * Promote promotions and complimentary evaluations per commercial protocols. * Confirm appointments and send appointment reminders. * Ensure every patient receives warm, professional, and personalized care. **Requirements** * Prior experience in customer service, administration, or appointment scheduling roles. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proven ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * Familiarity with basic office software tools. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or having completed technical studies in Administration, Customer Service, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions, preferably in clinics or aesthetic centers. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Work Modality: On-site Work Location: Surco Company Type: MYPE (Micro and Small Enterprise) Salary: S/.1,200.00 \- S/.1,400.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
