Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineer, Food Engineer, or related professional with 2 years of experience in customer service for tracking, coordination, and management of requests, complaints, and information. Key Points: 1. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service 2. Coordination and management of requests and complaints 3. Constant communication with the customer regarding the status of their services We are looking for an Industrial Engineer, Food Engineer, Administration professional, or related field candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. **Responsibilities:** * Tracking customer requests (handling via phone calls/emails/WhatsApp) * Coordinating with the logistics department for package deliveries * Preparing and sending quotations * Coordinating with agencies * Recording and managing customer complaints * Keeping customers informed of any incidents related to their shipments * Managing customer surveys * Informing customers about the status of their services **Two Work Modalities:** Monday to Saturday: 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday to Saturday: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Between Tuesday and Friday: 1 remote day Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,200.00 per month Application Question(s): * Immediate availability Workplace: On-site employment
