Your work will directly impact client relationships—strengthening trust and generating value through new projects and services. **About You** We are looking for someone who:* Has 2–3 years of experience in human risks within insurance brokers, insurers, or EPS providers. * Possesses operational knowledge in the field, intermediate Excel proficiency, and experience in claims handling processes. * Enjoys customer-facing roles. * Has clear and effective communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues. * Is proactive, adaptable, and capable of working autonomously at client sites. Multicultural experience and additional technical knowledge in the insurance sector will be valued.
