Job Summary: This role seeks a DAM Reviewer to validate customs clearance documentation, ensuring accurate declaration of goods and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Review and validate customs clearance documentation. 2. Ensure accurate declaration of goods and regulatory compliance. 3. Minimize contingencies in customs clearance. DAM Reviewer – Customs Agency **Location:** Lima \| **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. / Saturdays 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. **Employment Type:** Payroll \| **Compensation:** Based on experience **Objective:** Review and validate customs clearance documentation, ensuring accurate declaration of goods and compliance with current regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Review the accuracy of declared data and characteristics of goods. * Verify registered information prior to transmission to Customs. * Identify and correct documentary inconsistencies, errors, or omissions. * Validate classification and description of goods according to customs regulations. * Coordinate with Operations and Settlement teams to resolve observations. * Ensure compliance with customs procedures and legislation. * Minimize contingencies and observations in customs clearances. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in International Trade or Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Administration, or related fields. * Courses in **Customs Legislation, Valuation, Taxation, Nomenclature, and Tariff Classification**. * **Minimum 3 years of experience** as a DAM Reviewer at a Customs Agency or similar positions. * Solid knowledge of customs regulations and clearance processes. **Ideal Profile:** An **analytical, organized, and detail-oriented** professional with thorough knowledge of customs regulations and proven experience in documentary review of customs clearances.
