Job Summary: We are seeking a charismatic and empathetic hostess for a medical center, responsible for patient reception and guidance, as well as promotion of services. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and patient guidance. 2. Resolution of inquiries and management of patient care. 3. Promotion of medical services. A prominent medical center is currently seeking a Hostess for its San Isidro branch. What Are We Looking For? * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, reception, information desk, or similar roles (healthcare sector preferred). * Completed secondary education. * Strong communication skills. * Positive, charismatic, and empathetic attitude toward patients. * Availability to work in San Isidro. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm * Saturdays: 7:30 am to 1:30 pm Main Responsibilities: * Greet patients and guide them upon completion of their consultation. * Address patient questions and complaints. * Coordinate patient care with another healthcare professional if the attending physician is unavailable. * Promote clinic services: medical consultations, pharmacy, and optometry.
