Ability to adapt to new environments **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Strong communication skills * Responsible, punctual, organized, and proactive * Ability to work effectively in a team * Capacity to adapt to new work environments * Customer service orientation * Motivated for self-improvement * Availability to commute among Barranco, Miraflores, and San Isidro **Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning of houses, apartments, and offices. * Deliver exceptional customer service so clients can focus on becoming better. * Follow routines, protocols, and checklists defined by the company. * Ensure our customers experience cleaning service exceeding their expectations. * Complete all tasks on time with maximum efficiency. * Collaborate with all team members to continuously improve our service experience. * Work with the Quality Control team to deliver an outstanding cleaning experience. * Daily activities include, but are not limited to: leaving floors spotless, taking out trash, arranging furniture, cleaning bathrooms, and washing dishes. * Report any damage, anomalies, or maintenance needs. * Availability to work from Monday to Saturday. * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (30-minute break); Saturday: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM · Earnings: Salary + Bonuses + Statutory Benefits + Career Path Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,400.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
