Position Summary: We are seeking an Itamae Assistant for a Nikkei restaurant to assist in preparing maki, supervise ingredient quality, and maintain kitchen order. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in preparing maki and assigned products 2. Supervision of ingredient quality 3. Constant coordination with immediate supervisors Our client is a Nikkei restaurant currently seeking an ITAMAE ASSISTANT to join the team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Availability to work in SURCO (a few blocks from Jockey Plaza). * Availability to work split shifts from 12:30 pm to 11 pm (4 pm to 6 pm break). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in preparing maki and other assigned products. * Supervise the quality of ingredients used, ensuring they are fresh and in optimal condition. * Maintain constant coordination with immediate supervisors. * Organize and verify kitchen supplies. * Assist in kitchen cleaning. * Other duties related to the position. **OFFERS:** * SME payroll registration. * Fixed salary + performance bonuses + tips.
