Excellent, collaborative, and modern work environment **The Technological University of Peru (UTP)**, part of the **Intercorp Group**, and ranked among the best companies to work for in Peru according to **Great Place to Work 2026**, is searching for top talent to fill the position of **Laboratory Assistant for Electronics or Electrical Engineering.** **Who are we looking for?** * Students in their final semesters or graduates of a professional or technical program in Electronics or Electrical Engineering. * One year of experience in laboratory equipment management and maintenance. * Preferred experience in management and maintenance of Chemistry laboratory equipment. * Intermediate–advanced proficiency in office software (word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation tools). * Knowledge of operation and use of specialized laboratory equipment. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Manage assigned specialized laboratories. * Manage laboratory equipment, materials, and tool inventories. * Assist faculty and students during practical sessions and academic activities. * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. * Participate in the implementation of new laboratories. * Collaborate on innovation projects related to the area. * Participate in university academic and commercial activities. * Perform other related and/or complementary duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. **What is the work schedule?** On-site mode at the Ate Campus.
