Organize marketing assets and templates for efficient campaign execution **About Us:** We are a real estate team based in North Dallas, Texas, serving home buyers, sellers, and agents throughout the area. Our work spans real estate production, personal branding, community building, and coaching, and we run on organized systems and consistent follow\-through behind every transaction. **Salary:** $700 \- $800 USD (monthly) **Key Responsibilities:** * Create graphics, carousels, Reels, and Stories for Instagram and other social platforms * Design and execute recurring email campaigns, including monthly client and agent newsletters * Maintain consistent branding across social media, email, and marketing collateral * Create property marketing materials, including listing graphics, flyers, and feature sheets * Organize marketing templates and assets so campaigns run on a consistent schedule **Skills:** * Strong Canva design skills and an eye for consistent branding * Comfortable with social media scheduling tools and email marketing platforms * Highly organized with the ability to manage recurring deadlines without reminders * Creative thinker who can turn raw ideas into polished content * Clear written communication for captions, emails, and campaign copy **Qualifications:** * 2\-3 years of experience in social media, marketing, or content coordination * Experience with Canva and Instagram content creation (Reels, Stories, carousels) * Experience with email marketing platforms and audience segmentation * Strong English communication (written \& spoken) * High\-speed wired internet (200 Mbps minimum) * Windows 10/11 or Mac, minimum 8GB RAM, i5 or equivalent **Setting:** 100% Remote **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \- 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (Central Time), part\-time Job Type: Full\-time Pay: S/.2,355\.00 \- S/.2,695\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * social media, marketing, or content coordination: 2 years (Required) Language: * advanced English (Required) Work Location: Remote
