Supervision and coordination of work teams A company in the metal-mechanical sector is looking for a METAL-MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY OPERATOR who meets the following profile: **Requirements:** * Technical graduates and/or training in metal structures * Minimum 3 years of experience assembling metal structures * Experience in the metal-mechanical sector (Mandatory) * Knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints (Mandatory) * Willingness to travel as required by projects * Residency in areas adjacent to Ate (Mandatory) **Employment Conditions:** * Salary commensurate with the market * Payroll under the MYPE regime (50% of benefits as stipulated by law) * Availability to work in the district of Ate from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Responsibilities:** * Interpret and execute tasks according to structural blueprints. * Assemble metal structures in accordance with technical specifications. * Verify dimensional control and release assembled components for the welding process. * Supervise and coordinate with collaborating teams. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. * Participate in off-site work when required.
