Ongoing training and free coaching **CLEANING STAFF** We seek responsible, punctual, and committed individuals to join our team and maintain our facilities in optimal conditions of cleanliness and order. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 6 months of experience in cleaning, maintenance, or similar positions. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * Proactivity and positive attitude. * Ability to work in a team. * Attention to detail and organizational skills. * Availability to work full-time. * Residence in San Juan de Miraflores, Villa El Salvador, or nearby areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform cleaning and disinfection of the gym facilities. * Maintain clean and orderly environments, restrooms, showers, locker rooms, and common areas. * Clean machines and equipment according to established guidelines. * Restock and monitor cleaning supplies across different areas. * Report any malfunctions or incidents identified during duties. * Maintain appropriate facility appearance and hygiene. * Adhere to established cleaning schedules and protocols. * Perform other duties related to the position. **BENEFITS** * Good work environment. * Fixed salary. * Job stability. * Growth opportunities. * Ongoing training. * Free coaching at our locations. * Nutritional counseling. **POSITION CONDITIONS **Shift:** 3:45 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. **Location:** Villa El Salvador (in front of Óvalo de la Mujer) **Salary:** S/ 1,130.00 monthly. **Additional income:** Bonuses for achieving targets.
