Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Production Assistants to join our team for tasks including waste segregation, loading, unloading, and packaging. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to join a team at a solid waste company We are a Solid Waste Operator Enterprise (EO-RS) with over 20 years of experience in the domestic market. We are currently seeking top talent to fill 15 Production Assistant positions meeting the following requirements: REQUIREMENTS: * Completed secondary education or technical training * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles * Male and female candidates * Monday: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Tuesday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM * Immediate availability * On-site work in Ventanilla RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manual labor involving physical effort * Segregation of WEEE waste (electronic appliances) * Loading and unloading of materials onto trucks and containers (males only) * Responsible for assisting in waste packaging for loading * Other duties related to the position and additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor BENEFITS: * Salary: PEN 1,200 (paid biweekly and at month-end) * Formal payroll registration from day one (General Regime payroll) * Full statutory benefits (100%) (Bonus, CTS, Vacation, Family Allowance, Profit Sharing) * ESSALUD health insurance, SCTR insurance, and Life Insurance Law; pleasant working environment.
