Maintains the applicant database up to date On behalf of our client, a leading company in the food industry, we are looking for a **Selection Recruiter** to manage large-scale recruitment processes for operational and administrative staff. **Responsibilities:** * Post job openings across various recruitment channels. * Conduct resume screening and initial interviews. * Manage recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative staff. * Coordinate assessments, documentation, and onboarding of new employees. * Track candidates throughout the entire recruitment process. * Maintain the applicant database up to date. * Conduct onboarding processes for new hires. * Meet established coverage metrics and timelines. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in mass recruitment and selection. * Experience recruiting operational and administrative profiles. * Knowledge of competency-based interviews and onboarding processes. * Proficiency in job boards and social media for recruitment. * Preferred experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), food, or bakery companies. * Availability to work onsite in San Martín de Porres. **Working Conditions:** * Work Modality: Onsite. * Location: San Martín de Porres (near El Milagro Station of the Metropolitano). * Temporary contract of 5 months. * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. * Salary: S/ 1,800 to S/ 2,000, depending on experience.
