Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Videographer/Editor for content creation, video editing, and audiovisual production support, with growth opportunities. Key Highlights: 1. Support in audiovisual production, including camera operation and lighting At Duo Marketer, an agency specializing in content marketing and digital strategies, we seek a candidate passionate about video recording and editing who wants to grow with us. **Responsibilities** Video editing in CapCut, Premiere Pro, and basic knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, color correction, and basic motion graphics. (in any of the mentioned software) Content recording following scripts and guidelines from the planning department. Support in audiovisual production: cameras, lighting, sound, and recording logistics. **Hybrid work model (70% remote, 30% in-person)** Participation in weekly and interdepartmental meetings to review progress. Openness to continuous training and team-based learning. Requirements Solid knowledge of video recording, lighting, shot composition, and editing. Solid knowledge of camera operation (SONY or CANON) Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Organization, creativity, and willingness to work according to guidelines and briefs. Proactivity and commitment to grow alongside the agency. Desirable experience in social media projects Knowledge of storytelling techniques and creative concepts Working Hours Monday to Friday 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.; Saturday 9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Portfolio of previous work is mandatory Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 – S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid in San Martín de Porres, Lima
