Job Summary: We are seeking a Graphic Designer for a real estate company, responsible for creative design, branding, production management, quality control, and innovation of graphic materials. Research on design and AI trends for innovation A real estate company is currently looking for a **GRAPHIC DESIGNER**: **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Completed technical or higher education. \- Experience in the real estate sector. \- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite. \- Knowledge of digital metrics and optimization of creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads. \- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9am\-6pm, in Suco (Manuel Olguín). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **1\. Creative Design and Development** \- Design graphic assets for digital and traditional campaigns, including social media, websites, email marketing, advertising, printed materials, and commercial support materials. \- Develop visual concepts aligned with brand identity and business objectives for each real estate project. **2\. Branding and Visual Identity** \- Ensure correct application of corporate visual identity across all brand touchpoints. \- Guarantee graphic and communicative consistency of assets developed for projects, campaigns, and corporate initiatives. **4\. Production Management and Coordination** \- Coordinate with agencies, production houses, and external vendors for the production of graphic, audiovisual, and advertising materials. \- Supervise adherence to quality standards in the production of graphic and advertising materials. **5\. Quality Control and Innovation** \- Review and validate the graphic, technical, and typographic quality of all assets prior to publication or printing. \- Research design, visual communication, marketing, and AI applications in design to drive innovation and competitiveness within the department. **BENEFITS:** \- Standard labor regime.
