Main Responsibilities
Production and Operations
* Coordinate the operational execution of events and activations.
* Track schedules, suppliers, and logistical requirements.
* Supervise setup, teardown, and on-site operations during events.
* Coordinate audio, lighting, furniture, staff, and production needs.
* Resolve operational issues in real time.
* Support planning and control of operational budgets.
Commercial Management
* Follow up with potential clients and commercial partnerships.
* Coordinate meetings, proposals, and quotations.
* Track commercial closings and payments.
* Maintain an updated commercial pipeline.
* Support the identification of new opportunities and partner brands.
Administrative Coordination
* Organize operational tasks and priorities.
* Track team members' assignments.
* Coordinate information flow among administration, operations, and production departments.
* Maintain orderly documentation and basic reporting.
* Provide direct support to Miguel Núñez in daily project management.
