Opportunity for professional growth A metal-mechanical company is seeking an organized, proactive professional with strong coordination skills to assume responsibility for end-to-end procurement and inventory control. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control of the central warehouse for supplies and supply methods ensuring sustained quality of resources assigned to this department. * Preparation and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs) and Service Orders (SOs). * Coordination with Operations, Accounting, Management, and Warehouse to ensure proper document flow. * Recording and tracking of scheduled payments. * Sourcing and selection of domestic and international suppliers; researching, comparing, and selecting reliable suppliers offering good quality\-price ratios. * Supplier coordination (deliveries, conformity, claims, and warranties). * Document control (purchase vouchers, expense reports, receipts, and sequential archiving). * Weekly tracking of pending, canceled, or unpaid POs. * Periodic visits to suppliers for price and condition evaluation. * Cross-departmental coordination for manufacturing orders, outsourced services, and machinery technical documentation. **Required Profile:** * 2 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or inventory control. * Knowledge of document management and administrative workflows. * Negotiation and coordination skills with suppliers. * Proficiency in Excel and control spreadsheets. * Orderliness, responsibility, and process compliance orientation. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration. * Job stability. * Salary of 2000 \- 2300 * Opportunity for professional growth.
