You are responsible for coordinating and managing activities to ensure efficient operations across the organization’s buildings, facilities, machinery, and equipment. Activities include: supervising internal staff and external suppliers in areas such as facility security, maintenance, and office administration; planning effective utilization of spaces and facilities; inspecting facilities and evaluating elements including lighting, space, and sustainability; planning, coordinating, and implementing furniture, equipment, and offices; negotiating lease contracts and monitoring contract compliance. **Candidate Requirements** At **ACCIONA**, for its **INDUSTRIAL** business, a **GENERAL SERVICES COORDINATOR** is required for a transmission line and substation project located in the Ica region: **Mission:** * Coordinate and manage general services for the project (camp, offices, transportation, catering, cleaning, security, and administrative support), ensuring operational continuity, contractual compliance, and alignment with ACCIONA corporate policies, while providing direct support to Project Management and operational areas. **Responsibilities:** * Manage camp and project office operations. * Coordinate catering, transportation, cleaning, security, and accommodation services. * Administer general services contracts and local suppliers. * Supervise habitability conditions and project infrastructure. * Manage minor assets (furniture, office equipment, basic PPE). * Coordinate with OTH on accreditation processes, inductions, and credentialing. * Maintain administrative document control for the project. * Support non-technical logistics for personnel. * Address operational requirements from Construction, Quality, and SOMA departments. * Monitor consumption and costs associated with general services. * Prepare periodic service and expense reports. * Coordinate minor administrative purchases. * Implement corrective actions for findings and develop continuous improvement plans. * Coordinate with SST on monitoring safety conditions at the camp and for services. * Verify legal and regulatory compliance of suppliers (municipal, health-related, etc.), maintaining auditable records. * Other duties inherent to the position. **Required Profile** **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields—or demonstrable equivalent experience in similar roles. * Preferred specialization in Administrative Management or Logistics. **Experience** --------------- * Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction site administration or general services management within EPC or infrastructure projects. * Experience in camp management and outsourced services. * Experience coordinating with local suppliers. * Experience in administrative control of operational costs. * Preferred experience in electrical or large-scale projects. **Languages and Required Proficiency** ----------------------------- * Basic technical English preferred **Additional Knowledge** --------------------------------- * Administrative management of construction projects. * Document control. * Supplier management. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office. * Report preparation. * Multi-sectoral operational coordination. **Location:** * Must reside in Ica or be available for permanent relocation.
