Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Manager to efficiently plan, coordinate, and control logistics operations, ensuring effective management of procurement, storage, and distribution within the mining sector. Teamwork and problem-solving **Specialized service provider for the mining sector** is looking to onboard top talent to strengthen its logistics team and actively contribute to operational efficiency and sustainable organizational growth. **Purpose of the Position** Ensure efficient planning, coordination, and control of logistics operations, guaranteeing proper management of procurement, storage, transportation, and distribution of resources, in compliance with established safety, quality, and timeliness standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Verification and control of purchases, purchase orders, and supplier follow-up. * Management and control of material, equipment, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) procurement, ensuring timely availability at the site. * Preparation of logistics reports (PPE consumption, inventory turnover, minimum stock levels, material valuation). * Logistics documentation control (waybills, service orders, delivery and receipt minutes). * Support in logistics cost optimization and continuous improvement of warehouse processes. * Compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures for logistics operations within mining units. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years of experience in roles similar to this position, in service companies or related industries. * ERP knowledge: NISIRA. **Competencies:** * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Problem-solving ability.
