Position Summary: This position focuses on end-to-end procurement process management, from quotation and supplier sourcing to delivery tracking and invoicing. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the complete procurement and supplier lifecycle. 2. Searches for and validates new suppliers. 3. Tracks purchase orders until warehouse delivery. **Main Responsibilities** * Quotations for domestic procurement * Preparation of purchase orders in SAP * Sourcing of new suppliers * Validation and tracking of supplier invoices * Tracking of quotations and the entire procurement process until arrival at the warehouse (delivery dates, supply status, and quantity delivered). **Requirements** \- Graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
