




Position Summary: We are seeking a PURCHASE ANALYST to manage orders, quotations, inventories, and ensure compliance with procurement policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage purchase and service orders in ERP 2. Track orders and analyze purchasing data 3. Participate in inventory counts and support audits At Wari Service, we have initiated the search for a PURCHASE ANALYST for our Carapongo office (Lurigancho \- Chosica). RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Receive, register, and process purchase and service orders in the ERP. \- Manage credit notes for errors, returns, or changes. \- Coordinate with the accounting department for receipt, review, and approval of invoices and supporting documentation. \- Request quotations from suppliers and prepare comparative tables based on technical and economic criteria. \- Track issued purchase orders, verifying their timely and proper fulfillment. \- Analyze actual vs. planned purchases, identifying deviations and proposing improvement actions. \- Participate in general or cyclical physical inventory processes. \- Generate statistics on purchase volumes, supplier performance, and delivery efficiency. \- Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies, internal controls, and accounting records. \- Support internal and external audits by providing information and supporting documentation. REQUIREMENTS: \* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Purchase Analyst or similar role. \* Knowledge of vehicle spare parts procurement (a plus). \* Availability to work in Carapongo \- Av.
