Position Summary: We are seeking a Purchasing and Logistics Manager with experience in sustainable architecture to coordinate suppliers, manage orders, analyze costs, and supervise inventory. We are seeking top talent to fill the position of **PURCHASING AND LOGISTICS MANAGER**, responsible for the following duties: ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Constant coordination with related departments and suppliers. * Manage orders, including associated files and documentation, according to departmental procedures. * Conduct cost analysis based on documented proposals (comparative analyses) and perform relevant actions for procurement of goods and/or services. * Monitor receipt and dispatch of materials in the warehouse according to requirements and/or guidelines. * Collect and/or deliver assignments requested by supervisors. * Develop optimized distribution routes, maximizing vehicle rental efficiency. * Conduct physical inventory counts and reconciliation in the warehouse. * Report accidents, losses, or damage to materials and/or tools to supervisors. * Comply with and enforce safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations for third-party personnel involved in warehouse operations. * Participate in coordination meetings. ***Requirements:*** * Graduate or degree holder in Interior Design and/or Business Administration and/or Industrial Administration and/or Construction Technician. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Intermediate-level Excel skills. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Experience in procurement, material dispatch, warehouse management, and inventory control. * ERP system knowledge (desirable). * Immediate availability. * Working hours: 48 hours per week, hybrid schedule. \_ **We Offer:**\_ * Base salary: S/. 1,200\.00 (monthly) * Excellent work environment. **Sector** * Architecture and Planning **Employment Type** Full-time Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
