




Job Summary: Execute warehouse logistics activities, ensuring inventory control and timely service to user units. Key Responsibilities: 1. On behalf of the Logistics Office, we are seeking 1 Warehouse Administrative Assistant who meets the following profile: **Job Mission:** Perform technical activities related to storage, order preparation, receipt, control, and distribution of goods managed by the Central Warehouse, contributing to information reliability, stock availability, warehouse organization, and timely service to user units. **Responsibilities:** * Process warehouse movements (receipts, issues, returns, and transfers) in the system, ensuring accurate system updates to maintain inventory traceability and control. * Perform receipt and quality control of goods and materials, verifying quantities, physical condition, and corresponding documentation to ensure compliance and proper registration. * Prepare, review, and physically validate orders destined for user units, guaranteeing compliance prior to delivery to ensure accurate and timely service. * Perform picking, packing, storage, and stock replenishment activities, organizing goods appropriately within the warehouse to optimize space utilization and stock availability. * Monitor material availability and inventory levels, managing alerts for stockouts or overstock situations to ensure continuous supply operations. * Participate in selective, cyclical, and general inventories, identifying discrepancies and supporting their resolution to ensure stock data accuracy. * Track non-conforming, deteriorated, expired, or pending-receipt items, managing their disposition as appropriate to maintain stored inventory quality. * Coordinate with suppliers, distribution staff, and user units to address requirements and resolve incidents, ensuring efficient supply flow. * Prepare and process stock, inventory, and service-time reports and data, supporting warehouse control and analysis to aid departmental decision-making. * Manage stock replenishment, including purchase order generation, consumption analysis, and order tracking, to maintain appropriate inventory levels. * Comply with established policies, regulations, and procedures, and perform other related duties assigned by the area coordinator to support achievement of departmental objectives. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a warehouse assistant, inventory assistant, receiving clerk, picker, or stock controller. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Intermediate proficiency in ERP or warehouse management systems. * Advanced knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch processes. * Intermediate knowledge of inventory management and stock control. * Advanced knowledge of picking and stock replenishment.
