Job Summary: Lead and comprehensively coordinate field operations for Transport and Access networks, ensuring service continuity and SLA compliance through team management and continuous improvement. Driving continuous improvement and automation. **Mission:** Lead and comprehensively coordinate field operations, ensuring timely incident response and maintenance execution, SLA compliance, service continuity, and implementation of action plans—through effective management of teams, contractors, KPIs, and support areas—with a focus on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. Requirements: * **Field operations management** for Transport and Access networks, including incidents, maintenance, emergencies, and scheduled activities. * **Telecommunications and network infrastructure**, with knowledge of microwave, fiber optics, FTTH, and outside plant. * **SLA, KPI, and operational indicator management**, including performance analysis, recurrence tracking, root cause analysis (RCA), *top offenders*, and action plans. * **Leadership and operational team management**, including supervisors, field crews, and contractors. * Intermediate/advanced Excel and Power BI. * **Automation and continuous improvement**, with knowledge of SQL, Python, Power Automate, data analytics, and AI applied to operations. **\#LI\-ONSITE** **\#PER** Brand: Gilat Satellite Networks Who we are looking for: Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Systems, Software, Computer Science, or related fields focused on networks, telecommunications infrastructure, or field operations. What you will do: * **Lead and coordinate** the Field Operations Supervisors team, managing priorities, resources, and responsibilities. * **Orchestrate operations** among management, supervisors, field crews, contractors, NOC, engineering, and support areas. * **Ensure operational continuity**, promptly managing faults, emergencies, maintenance, and scheduled activities across Transport and Access networks. * **Guarantee SLA compliance**, proactively identifying risks, deviations, and bottlenecks, and defining mitigation plans. * **Manage operational indicators and performance**, identifying recurrences, improvement opportunities, and actions to optimize zones and contractors. * **Drive continuous improvement**, through structured follow-up, automation, data analytics, and use of digital tools and AI.
