Job Summary: We are seeking a textile quality auditor for sewing workshops, responsible for monitoring and analyzing all stages of the garment manufacturing process to ensure high-quality standards. Implementation of strategies to optimize processes A textile sector company is looking for a Quality Auditor for **sewing workshops**, preferably with experience in corporate uniforms for businesses. **Requirements:** · Knowledge of apparel and fabrics, including knitted and woven materials. · Minimum 2 years’ experience as a quality auditor in textile companies. · Completed studies or final-cycle student in Quality Control. · Intermediate-level MS Office proficiency. · Ability to understand and interpret Technical Specifications. · Knowledge of pattern marking and molds. · Knowledge of embroidery and printing. · Quality follow-up and control in external workshops for: Cutting, Sewing, Printing, Embroidery, Laundry, and Finishing. · Main manufacturing defects (cutting, sewing, and finishing). · Knowledge of garment measurements at fabric, cutting, and finished-garment stages. · Production process management: Cutting, Sewing, Embroidery, Printing, and Finishing. · Experience in garment production, production routing, and machine operation. · Detection and analysis of defects in garment manufacturing (sewing, finishing, and materials). **Responsibilities** · Preparation of reports on completed processes. · Monitoring and analysis of each stage of the garment manufacturing process to identify garment defects. · Effective communication with suppliers. · Raw material inspection to ensure quality. · Critical thinking ability to improve processes and optimize resource utilization. · Decision-making when necessary, coordinated with the immediate supervisor. · Implementation of strategies to optimize processes and reduce errors. · Coordination with the production department to ensure high-quality standards. · Staff training on good garment manufacturing practices and quality control. **Benefits** · Benefits according to law (MYPE regime). · Excellent work climate. · Bonuses.
