**Job Description**
Mission:
Execute assigned project tasks within your unit/department, in accordance with established procedures, to ensure timely delivery and coordinate necessary resources (human and material), while contributing significant improvements to the project.
They are responsible for executing construction contracts. They plan, optimize, and supervise resource utilization to ensure that construction works are completed on schedule, according to specifications, and within budget. Their common responsibilities include: managing contracts and obtaining required permits and licenses; preparing budget estimates; planning and defining construction phases; supervising subcontractors’ and subordinate staff or workers’ activities; verifying progress achieved and work quality throughout all project phases; representing the company in relevant matters.
**Candidate Requirements**
Lead the planning, technical control, operational management, and strategy for water and sanitation projects and services, ensuring operational efficiency, technical sustainability, contractual compliance, resource optimization, and continuous improvement of business management indicators.
Responsible for ensuring proper technical execution of drinking water and wastewater services, as well as leading initiatives in innovation, water loss reduction, hydraulic modeling, investment management, and project control.
**REQUIREMENTS**
Licensed and registered Sanitary Engineer or Civil Engineer
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles. (Desirable)
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* ### **Lead the Technical Office, ensuring achievement of the business’s operational, technical, and strategic objectives**
* ### **Manage planning and control of water and sanitation projects**
* ### **Design strategies for operational optimization and reduction of non-revenue water (NRW).**
* ### **Manage operational strategies for the water business.**
* ### **Technically manage drinking water and wastewater networks.**
* ### **Supervise the technical development of drinking water and wastewater projects**
* ### **Control project schedules, costs, and progress**
* ### **Investment planning and budgetary control**
* ### **Manage technical and contractual project risks.**
* ### **Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and clients to ensure deliverable completion.**
* ### **Supervise maintenance and operation contracts for networks**
* ### **Ensure contractual, regulatory, safety, and quality compliance in delivered services.**
* ### **Supervise compliance with quality and safety standards.**
* ### **Lead multidisciplinary engineering and operations teams**
* ### **Develop and monitor management, productivity, and operational efficiency indicators**
* ### **Water loss reduction projects.**
* ### **Other duties related to the position.**
