




Job Summary: We are seeking a student or recent graduate in Accounting/Administration to assist with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, financial statements (FS), tax compliance, and payroll processing. Active participation in tracking accounts and tax obligations. **REQUIREMENTS** * Student in final academic cycles and/or recent graduate in Accounting, Administration, or related fields (mandatory) * Basic English proficiency. * Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (mandatory) * Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills (mandatory) * Familiarity with Quality Management Systems ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015; ISO 45001:2018\. (desirable) * Knowledge of lifting equipment characteristics. (desirable) * Experience: Minimum 6 months in similar positions (desirable) * Skills: Effective communication, service orientation, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail and concentration, proactivity, organization, empathy. * Values: High degree of commitment, integrity, and professional ethics **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist in issuing and submitting invoices to the Corporate Group’s clients. * Support scheduling of accounts payable according to established credit terms with suppliers and payment of contracted basic services. * Assist in monitoring accounts receivable. * Support supervision of the organization’s financial statements (FS) and compliance with tax obligations. * Provide up-to-date economic and financial information to General Management. * Assist in payroll preparation, severance pay calculation (BBSS), CTS/Christmas bonus calculation, AFP declaration and payment, and retention control and payment. * Maintain petty cash records for the organization. * Support processing reimbursement requests from various departments and follow up to ensure submission of corresponding supporting documents. * Attend and actively participate in SGI-related talks or training sessions. * Perform other duties assigned by General Management consistent with the nature of the position. **\* Candidates not meeting the stated requirements must refrain from applying.** Employment Type: Full-time, Internship / Training Program Work Location: On-site employment
