Continuous training to improve technical skills and knowledge JOB OBJECTIVE: To hire a production operator who contributes to ensuring the proper functioning of production processes through the execution of operational tasks, monitoring of quality standards, and collaboration with other teams to ensure achievement of established production objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Comply with company policies. * Use PPE identified for each activity performed. * Follow production plant procedures and instructions. * Report any potential deviations during production execution to the immediate supervisor. * Verify equipment functionality for service execution. * Comply with all production plant safety and quality standards. * Participate in continuous training and internal capacity-building programs to improve technical skills and knowledge. * Labeling and packaging of finished products. Salary: S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
