Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant with experience in quality control within food production to support the implementation and verification of quality controls at the plant, operational processes, and sanitary conditions. Key Highlights: 1. Support quality controls and inspections at the plant. 2. Verify compliance with GMP, POES, and hygiene procedures. 3. Collaborate in identifying and reporting quality incidents. We are looking for a Quality Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality control within food production. **Responsibilities** * Support the implementation of quality controls and inspections at the plant. * Verify compliance with GMP, POES, and hygiene procedures. * Support the control and documentation of cleaning and sanitization of areas and equipment. * Perform recordkeeping and document control related to quality. * Support monitoring of operational processes and sanitary conditions. * Verify proper use of personnel hygiene and safety equipment. * Support control of raw materials, supplies, and finished products. * Collaborate in identifying and reporting quality incidents or deviations. * Support organizing and updating quality records and forms. * Collaborate in internal audits, inspections, and customer visits. * Support follow-up on corrective actions and operational observations. * Verify order and storage conditions related to quality. * Support traceability controls and production records. * Collaborate in training related to GMP, hygiene, and quality. * Support the Quality Assurance Supervisor in the area's operational activities. **Requirements** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Food Industries or Technical degree in Quality Management. * Experience in quality control within food production. * Knowledge of HACCP and GMP. * Ability to work in a team. * Attention to detail and analytical skills. * Must reside in areas adjacent to SJL, Santa Anita, Huaycán (East Zone) (Mandatory) **We Offer:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Position type: Full-time * Working hours: Monday to Friday. * Positive work environment * Salary negotiable Position type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
