Job Summary: PALTARUMI is seeking an Integrated Management System Engineer to administer, maintain, and improve their IMS, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) in mining. 2. Implement and maintain ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. 3. Manage audits, risks, and continuous improvement of the IMS. At **PALTARUMI**, a leading plant in gold mineral processing, we are seeking a professional to fill the position of **INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ENGINEER**. **Requirements:** * Degree holder in **Industrial, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering**, or related fields. * **4–5 years of experience** in Integrated Management Systems, Quality, or similar roles, preferably in mining, industry, or energy. * Proven experience in implementing, maintaining, and improving **ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001**. * Experience in **internal/external audits, document management, record control, and corrective action follow-up**. * Knowledge of **risk management, environmental aspects and impacts, OH&S hazards, performance indicators, and continuous improvement tools**. * Intermediate **Excel** proficiency; familiarity with applicable legal and regulatory requirements is desirable. * Effective communication skills and a focus on compliance and continuous improvement. * **Availability to work under a 14x7 schedule in Paramonga \- Barranca** **Responsibilities:** * Administer, maintain, and improve the **Integrated Management System**, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and applicable requirements. * Manage **IMS documentation**, including procedures, work instructions, PETS, standards, forms, and records. * Plan, conduct, and follow up on **internal and external audits**, managing gaps, nonconformities, and corrective actions. * Monitor and analyze **management indicators, legal compliance, and IMS performance**, preparing reports for decision-making. * Provide technical support to departments on **risk management, process standardization, continuous improvement, and compliance with standards**. * Train and raise awareness among staff, promoting a management culture, continuous improvement, and tools such as **5S, Gemba Walk, visual management, and PDCA**. **Benefits:** * 100% company-covered meals and accommodation. * 100% company-covered work uniform laundry service. * Statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, profit-sharing, and vacation). * Insurance (Essalud, SCTR, and Life Insurance). * 14x7 work schedule. * Birthday leave day. * Commuting transport from Barranca to plant. ***AVAILABILITY TO WORK UNDER A 14x7 SCHEDULE\.*** Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Do you have immediate availability? * What is your salary expectation? * Briefly describe your responsibilities in your previous IMS role.
