Customer experience focus and on-time delivery fulfillment. **Job Description** ---------------------- Lead and manage the human resources under your supervision to achieve established objectives. 1\. Supervise the end-to-end goods receipt process, including scheduling appointments with local suppliers and warehouse suppliers, supplier reception, and entering purchase orders and transfers into the store's ledger; generate supplier receipt reports in the system and send IRs to suppliers requiring them. 2\. Responsible for managing goods receipt flows through advanced volume-receipt planning; scheduling mono-SKU and multi-SKU pallet replenishment; scheduling fill-in replenishment—prioritizing products identified during stock-out walkthroughs, according to established schedules. 3\. Manage goods dispatch processes to customers, ensuring committed delivery timelines and quantities are met. 4\. Communicate with customers whenever issues arise regarding delivery of their purchased items via the store’s freight service. 5\. Comply with procedures related to supplier returns, technical service, transfers, and shrinkage. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Graduates in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields. * Experience leading teams. * Experience in logistics, operations, distribution, or related areas in supervisory roles. * Knowledge of logistics KPIs. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Availability to work onsite Monday through Sunday on rotating shifts.
