Responsibilities: \- Monitor accounts receivable. \- Track compliance with reports and performance indicators from department heads. \- Manage payments for insurance, suppliers, services, and others as required. \- Carry out banking procedures and transactions with government entities as required. \- Control company assets. \- Experience in filing and controlling payroll records, pay slips, settlements, etc. \- Record purchases, sales, and generate financial statements reports. \- Maintain physical and electronic accounting document archives. \- Collect data and prepare reports to facilitate decision-making. \- Control physical and digital documents (including confidential contracts and files). \- Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: \- University graduate in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or related fields. \- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Management Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Accounting Assistant. \- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Availability to work onsite during office hours in the district of San Isidro.
