




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Accounting Assistant to manage and record accounting transactions, prepare reports, and coordinate with suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills. **ADMINISTRATIVE ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** Required Profile: * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or administrative roles. * Intermediate Excel skills and basic knowledge of SUNAT regulations. * Organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills. Main Responsibilities: * Control and recording of accounting transactions, purchases, sales, and tax documentation. * Organization and validation of vouchers and accounting files. * Monitoring of bank reconciliations and accounts receivable/payable. * Preparation of financial and administrative reports. * Inventory control and purchase order management. * Coordination with suppliers and various company departments. Additional Information: Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Workplace: On-site employment
