Administrative support for the accounting department We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Accounting Assistant with experience in document management, accounting operations, and Telecrédito usage. **Main Responsibilities:** * Record purchases, sales, income, and expenses. * Organize and file supporting documents (invoices, receipts, vouchers, delivery notes, etc.). * Verify that supporting documents comply with tax requirements. * Prepare basic cash, bank, and expense reports. * Coordinate with suppliers and clients regarding pending payments or documentation. * Prepare accounting information for the accountant. * Execute payments and transactions via Telecrédito. * Provide administrative support related to the accounting department. **Requirements:** * Technical graduate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Mandatory proficiency in Telecrédito. * Basic knowledge of tax regulations. * Proficiency in Excel. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Availability to work from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, and on the last two Saturdays of each month from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm * Salary expectations Work Location: On-site employment
