Job Summary: We are seeking a Concierge to ensure building security, control access, assist residents, and manage incidents, while performing receptionist duties. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in building security and access control 2. Attending to owners, visitors, and suppliers 3. Receptionist duties and surveillance camera monitoring Staff is required to fill the following positions: \- Rotating-shift Concierge \- Concierge to cover breaks Duties: Ensure building security by performing a deterrent function and assisting building residents within the scope permitted by this Functions Manual. \- Ensure building security and access control. \- Provide service to owners, visitors, suppliers, and external personnel of the owner or the Owners’ Board. \- Continuously report to management on the operational status of equipment assigned to you. \- Remain vigilant for any incidents in the building and act according to established protocols or manuals. \- Fulfill receptionist responsibilities, including directing visitors or suppliers, receiving documentation, and delivering it to the appropriate party. \- Monitor building entries and security camera footage. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience; completed secondary education; service-oriented attitude; excellent communication skills; professional appearance; tolerant, proactive, attentive, punctual, service-oriented, committed, responsible, honest, and highly capable of problem-solving; ability to work under pressure; immediate availability. Payroll: MYPE Schedule 1: 12-hour shifts (rotating day and night) Type of position: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.1,700\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
