Responsibilities: * **Organization and classification:** Classify, code, and organize documents and files according to established standards. * **Information management:** Record and register incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintain indexes for classification systems. * **Document control:** Monitor the flow of incoming and outgoing documents, and coordinate document lending and retrieval. * **Database maintenance:** Maintain and update records and databases to facilitate information management. * **Reporting support:** Assist in preparing reports and documentation requested by the company. * **Preservation:** Support basic physical document preservation processes and conservation management. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Organized and punctual **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM **Location:** Lince Employment Type: Full-time Work Mode: On-site employment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work Mode: On-site employment
