Constant training and development opportunities **ENGINEERING SERVICES SAC**, a pioneer in Integral Security Consulting with over 45 years of experience providing services to companies across diverse sectors—including security training and instruction, operational assessment of security systems, and operational support for prevention and emergency response—seeks a **ROUTE SUPERVISOR**. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!** **Responsibilities:** * Comprehensively manage, monitor, and optimize the operational processes of the assigned dairy base, ensuring operational continuity and excellence in compliance with the Company’s quality and safety policies and standards. * Coordinate activities related to service delivery with representatives from various institutions, such as police, health services, fire departments, regulatory agencies, etc. * Responsibly safeguard and maintain tools, equipment, materials, and supplies provided by the company for job performance, preventing loss, damage, misuse, or deterioration. * Respond to emergencies involving hazardous materials and/or goods, or environmental emergencies; participate in equipment maintenance activities (cleaning, preservation, and/or repairs). * Supervise the proper operation of the dairy base, including operational efficiency, preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and vehicles. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Active Volunteer Firefighter. * Certified training in: MATPEL Technician, Confined Spaces. * Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems. * Valid AIIB driver’s license (mandatory). * Proficiency in office software. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions. **Benefits:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Formal payroll from day one.
