In-person and digital customer service **Job Objective** Responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience at Brox, guaranteeing proper studio opening and operation, as well as managing sales, memberships, and in-person and digital customer service. **Responsibilities** 1. Studio Opening and Operations * Open the studio punctually and prepare the space for class commencement. * Verify that the studio is in optimal condition (order, cleanliness, lighting, equipment). * Check that all areas (reception, studio room, restrooms) are ready for operation. * Assist with studio cleaning and organization as needed. 2. In-Person Customer Service * Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Provide information regarding classes, schedules, pricing, and services. * Address inquiries and support customers’ in-studio experience. 3. Sales and Membership Management * Sell memberships, classes, and studio products. * Manage customer registration and maintain up-to-date customer information. * Follow up with interested customers and potential sales opportunities. * Support customer retention through high-quality service and follow-up. 4. Digital Customer Service (WhatsApp) * Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp during and outside working hours. * Provide clear information about classes, pricing, and promotions. * Support lead-to-sale conversion through digital channels. * Use the company mobile phone for customer management. 5. Payments and Revenue Control * Process card and bank transfer payments. * Issue payment receipts. * Maintain an organized record of all sales transactions. 6. Inventory Control * Monitor inventory of products (merchandise, supplies, cleaning materials). * Report shortages or restocking needs. * Ensure proper use and maintenance of studio materials. 7.
