Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Assistant to identify, maintain, and manage the customer portfolio, conduct market analysis, and prepare customized proposals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and maintain a customer portfolio. 2. Conduct market analysis and prepare customized proposals. 3. Negotiate contractual terms and handle customer objections. ***We are a Peruvian company dedicated to providing services including aggregate sales, heavy machinery and dump truck rentals, light equipment rentals, demolition and excavation, and earthmoving.*** **Commercial Assistant:** **Requirements:** * University graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or International Business * Minimum 4 years of experience in the commercial area of industrial service companies * Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency (Mandatory) **Responsibilities:** \-Identify potential customers in the market \-Maintain and update the assigned customer portfolio (Turnover) \-Conduct market analysis \-Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations according to customer needs \-Negotiate contract terms and conditions, including rental rates and timelines \-Handle customer objections or concerns and seek appropriate solutions. \-Experience proposing prospecting, acquisition, and customer retention strategies \-Proficiency in KPIs \-Experience and proficiency in After-Sales Service \-Fieldwork participation **Working Conditions** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Career development path. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:30 am to 1:00 pm * Workplace: Office located in Salamanca, Ate Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,200\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
